Kathleen Flaherty has spent twenty years developing and evolving her painting style and subject matter. Well versed in many mediums and subjects, she uses the peony flower as her main inspiration to express her style and imagination. Not limited to one flower, she has used Jasmine and Lotuses, drawing out the inner light of the bloom. Kathleen also has passion for painting tomatoes and other vegetation. Expanding the images on large canvas brings a dramatic element to her work.
